xA5.1 rev C:IM server event collector and archive group services randomly going undefined state


In one of our installed system :xa5.1 rev C (32bit) having redundant aspect and connect server and single information management server here randomly event collector and archive group for IM server going undefined state so to make this healthy it's required to restart server.

Kindly let us know if there is any workround or is it a know issue.

Please check in the Oracle instance wizard that all the tables(fies) have sufficient space.

My assumption is the restart is refreshing these files and history will run for sometime, and when it recognises no space then history service may be geting stopped.

If you have checked that there are no full table spaces (though I would expect that this does not cause a re-start, just that no data gets stored) have you looked in the System Event List to see what is reported there at the time of the re-starts?  Without more information it is very difficult to say what is going wrong here.
