For Communication between the two master modules need to use Profibus DP-DP Copuler. After that you need to configure GSD files in both the sytem and exchange the datas.

Why would you spend US$15K on 2 * CEX Modules and a DP-DP coupler to link two AC800M controllers when you can do it for free and with less programming using MMS or Communication variables ?

IF both the controllers are in same XAEnvironment then we can do MMS communication,If it is in different environment then how this will be possible??...

MMS works across different domains and different 800xA systems, different versions and even between 800xA and Sattline. If you can ping the controller, then MMS works.

What are you trying to do? As your questions don't make much sense at he moment. Please  make a drawing to show what your end goal is. Including the controllers the engineering system etc.

Existing ES(with PM866) now we have an SCS with PM851A, we want to control the SCS from existing ES if possible, so that to change the programming of PM851 and PM866 with one single point

Just assign a free ip adres to the pm851a, add it to the network. Add the controller in your Control Builder M project. Upgrade the firmware of the controller. create your control code for the new controller and download that. If you need communication between the two controllers you can use mms or iac-mms. IAC-mms is v5.1 or newer.
