A C-tree error is an error by the project-database itself (.pro-file)

The User cannot open the project and receive an indication to delete the project.

Workaround :

# do not use this wrong project anymore and use a backup project file (.pro file or import of an .csv-file). Be aware, that in both cases, all the stations and specifically the controller will indicate "version error". Then all the stations should be loaded with "load whole station"

Root Cause Analysis :

For the related issue "C-tree error", R&D could check for a possible root cause.

If you agree this procedure, please provide the following Diagnostic data :

# the wrong project with all the files ( PRO / BAK / LOG-files)

# the windows event log from the CBF PC (with .evtx extension for Application-log and system-log)

# Can you explain what happened before the project was unusable ?

# If CBF crashed, please provide the date/time when the CBF application crashed.

And send the data to the following Supportline address

E-Mail address :    DE-IACT-L3-Supportline@abb.com

E-Mail subject  :    AKS-issue - Unexpected Internal C-Tree(R) Error # 215 -
