REF615 been configured for IEC 61850 when VD4 breaker is inserted into icubicle scada status becames invalid

REF615 IED has been configured for IEC 61850 protocol but when the VD4 11KV breaker in inserted in the 11KV unigear panel its Scada status becames invalid and when it is racked out of its cubicle the breaker status is shown correctly in Scada..what can i do to resolve this anomaly ????!!!

It appears to be a contact problem or a problem with the application configuration of the relay. Inorder to confirm check what does the cbxcbr.pos.stval read when you rack in and rack out. You can also check  the variation of the binary inputs which have been configured for breaker status when it is racked in and racked out. Reviewing the application configuration in pcm 600 would help.
