Property Transfer to MOD300

We've recently attempted to use property transfer to send data from AC800M controller to a MOD300 AC450 controlller using a property transfer in 800xA. The information is being sent, however the entry is being logged in the MOD IMS as a database write (i.e. an event is generated with a *U* entry). Due to this there were difficulties in the MOD system, CDP failed to boot and database was uncompilable.

Do you know of any other occurrence of this? Or if it could be related to the system version? Our client is using an obsolete version SV4.1.0/3.

Note: This activity was the first of three parts of a project culminating in a system upgrade to SV6, but we must be able to confirm this property transfer is possible beforehand.

Sorry, MOD300 is not within my area of expertise.

"U" events in Advant OCS (Advant Controller 450) indicated "Uncertain timestamp" which could occur if many IO channels generated an event within a short period of time.

The property transfer method is not release with the MOD300.

The solution I used is OPC Data Link.

It's a gateway between the 2 opc servers (AC800M & MOD300) and it is configured only on one side (one connect).

You 'll need to buy licences.

You can find attached the result of the programmation (capture.jpg).

If you have a lot of data to transfer, this would normally be done with ABB's OPC Datalink or some other third party OPC bridge software.
