PLC Configuration Error

We are facing an ERROR with running our program after we login in to the PM564-T-ETH A0, this ERROR is “#151654426 E3: Int. PM5x1 ETHERNET PROJECT CONTAINS INVALID CONFIGURATION DATA”.

So we use another PLC PM564-TP-ETH A9 to run the same program without any change and everything run successfully. Please provide us with a solution to remove the error in the first PLC.

For your info:

- The version for the Control Builder Plus that we use is 2.2.0

- The nameplate for the 2 PLC’s can be attached from the above PDF file.

Hi

first, have you checked that the two units not have the same IP adress?

Without any change means that you have assign the same adress....

Hi Mr. Flavio:
My project only consist of one PLC.

Ok
in this case it's necessary to examine the program, to evaluate every possible cause of the error. Could you post it?

hi Mr. flavio:
i have a question about PM564-T/TP-ETH What is the difference between T and TP?

By Flavio Mussolin on 5/29/2017 | Like (0) | Report

Hi
old type cpu were with suffix T, now you can find only TP and TP Eth models. TP means transistor output, otherwise you can have suffix RP that means with relay output

Hi Mr. Flavio:
my conclusion for this problem is that the cpu with suffix T have an old firmware since when i check the proddata on codesys it shows that the pm564-t-eth is manufactured at 2011.
kindly provide me with ur opinon on my conclusion and if it's correct with the solution if applicable.

Hi

your conclusion is one good possibilities. My last test about the possibility to use T series give me in Automation Builder the follow result, with an alarm signal on the top

of screen

When I tried to use the TP series:

But I have Automation Builder 1.2 version, in Control Builder I not have the same possibilities to test
