IEC61850 Relay Open/Close Command Issue.

The issue is as explained below:

All feedbacks from Relay to faceplate is good data quality. Means Remote/Local/Breaker Available/Voltage/Power all these signals from relays are available in good data quality and updating on the faceplate.

Even Open/Close command getting enabled on the faceplate, but when pressing button command is not going to relay from faceplate because of bad data quality.

If I force the command from CET tool it is operating the breaker properly.

A screenshot is attached for your reference.

Hi,

Make sure that all the operation commands (Signals in Control connection) are write permitted.

I guess that should work!!

Quality will show bad until that command is excuted. write command rights should also needs to be provided & for safety purpose you can use faceplate expressions also
