I'm working with PM866 controller and I need to know why it's heap utilization increase (800XA 6.02)

After application download the heap utilization was about 40%. But in this moment, after seven days, its has 82%.

I attached the controller logs that can help to review this extrange behavior.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,

We have faced simialr issue with 800xA V 5.1 (Base). We segregated the Network Switch and then only issue got resolved. At my end, not sure this is only the reason but issue got resolved. You can try once by segregating CN & PN is different switch.

Hi,
When you talk about PN, that is the client-server network? In this moment both networks are in the same phisical switches but segregated througth Vlan configuration.
This will be correct?.

Yes it is correct. Apart from this also you need to refer 800xA Configuration manual to check setting required in PC as well as in Layer2 switch. Hope you followed the manual properly. In case of non meeting the requirement such issues may come up.
