Hope my email finds you well.

I'm using control builder F and plc AC900.

I’m having a problem exporting the project to .CSV . It shows the following error : “ I/o error occurred . export file is corrupted “ and the export stop.

On the other hand, in case above doesn’t work then I need to create a new program . What are the steps to export my hardware configuration already done ?

Hi,

That is strange, it's very easy few steps in exporting project and I never faced any error while exporting project. But anyways try few things and check if that works.

Select root node in configuration mode and save project or any last changes done.

Now from project tree configuration mode go to menu item Project > project manager > that brings to different window. there under Manage project click on Export... option > and then select this time some different drive then earlier and type different file name. It should backup .csv file without problems.

If no sucess in exporting full project in .csv then you can export logic and hardware files in bits and pieces. for that in project or hw tree select node you want to export, collapse it if there are child nodes beneath. then goto Edit > export block > and save it on local drive.

Hope that helps...
