HotKey for increase/decrease setpoint of PID

Hi,
Anyone have any experience with using hotkey for increasing/decreasing setpoint of PID?
We use the Hotkey with Operator Keyboard (from Pulp&Paper) and after a number of increasing the setpoint of PID.
We experience that control valve goes fully closed (0.2%) when 0.2% is the increment step.
The same thing happens with decreasing.
We still have the old OIS on the system. We can increase/decrease from OIS without any problem.
However, if we change the setpoint directly on the faceplate, it is OK as well. Increasing/decreasing from the faceplate are also OK.
The only problem is from the Hotkey.
We did some test with other system. Too bad there was no problem on that test system.
Please advise.

This is possible but it does depend a whole lot on the way the PID block you are using has been implemented. The attached guide will get you strated in the right direction. In your case you will need to add additional verb mappings to the block. These Verb mappings should expose the right increment/decrement call, which can be mapped to a key. This works fine for 800xA on a Harmony system using standard FC80 blocks. if you have this for standard 800xA AC800m blocks then extra coding may be needed to havr these calls exposed.
