Getting error during opening the logic file

I am facing one challenge at end-user end, that seems some version issue.

System was running, suddenly power switched off, then customer called me regarding it.

OPC is running with yellow smily. However the SCADA is not communicating.

I tried everything, restoring.. upgrading, used different backups, but the logic could not be open, and giving the error what i attached herewith.

Please help me to resolve the same.

Thanks in advance.

1.png Shows that system is upgraded.(this pop-up usually reflect if we open builder first time after xA upgardation)

In this step we have to choose to upgarde our existing controller firmware, libraries etc.

It seems like you went with "yes" option.(refering to first image)

Is the system is recently upgraded to 5.1-1 ?

Dear Dash, thanks for your quick reply.

I am at remote location and can access on team viewer only to resolve & observe what is happening. Site persons are not well skilled.
Your statement: In this step we have to choose to upgarde our existing controller firmware, libraries etc.

:= Yes, I did the same, but it shows number of errors including hardware library BasicLib 5.1-0, if i place this library in folder, Would if
Your question: Is the system is recently upgraded to 5.1-1 ? := Yes, someone has upgraded it. After that plant was running for 8-10 months. recently stopped due to sudden power failure.

I think, the system (Only computer) was upgraded with 5.1-1 software, and not sure with controller's firmware, whether It was upgraded or not.

My Observations are
1. Controller has lost its program after power failure, that's why it could ping and connect with OPC server with "Yellow" smiley in both Data Access & Alarm & Event.
2. Logic was just copied and after software up-gradation pasted at project folder location.

Now you can do is to add basic hardware Library in your current hardware library.
if it doesn't work.
Go to add or remove programs in windows
select control builder
select change
add your required library

Then you can opt for upgrade.

But once you upgrade your project.
you have to upgrade your controller firmware also.

Hope that helps
