Freelance 2016 to Auto Accept OFF Default

I have recently installed Freelance 2016 RU1 (upgraded from 2013). Is it possible to set the Auto Accept Feature to default OFF? I can set it to OFF but when I close Freelance and reopen it, the setting goes back to ON.

I find having this set to Auto Accept ON can be dangerous and would rather when exiting a FBD to ask if I want to save if changes have been accidentally made. I previously had this on 2013 set to default OFF, but cannot remember how I did it.

This behavior is known and described in Product Bulletin 3BDD011838D0321. A solution will be available with next major version "Freelance 2019" coming in second half of 2018.

In the meanwhile the following workaround exists:

- Close Freelance Engineering.
- Switch to a Windows user account having administrative credentials.
- Open registry editor in Windows.
- Select the registry key:
“HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hartmann & Braun\Freelance\DigiTool”.
- Add a new key with the name “SETUP”.
- Select the new registry key “SETUP” and add a new string value with the name “AutoAccept“.
- Modify the value data of “AutoAccept” to:
-- “0” (“Auto Accept” is disabled) or
-- “1” (“Auto Accept” is enabled).
- Close registry editor.
- Switch back to a Windows user account having Standard user credentials.
- Restart Freelance Engineering. “Auto-Accept” setting via Freelance Engineering will be stored from now on.

I thought it's simple tickmark from option menu > Auto Accept.( to be unchecked)
