Disabled Selected not appearing as a option for alarms active on Alarm List. 800xA 6.0.1

In Alarm List with active Alarms, when we right click it shows an option of 'Disable Selected' to disable alarm but in my case this option is not available (not present in list). I can disable alarm by using AlarmCondM's interaction window too but i want accessable through Alarm List.

Anyone can tell how I can configure Alarm List so 'Disable Selected' can be available. (worth mentioning here is that my system have disable/enable permission)

The default feature in 6.0 has been set as not to disable any alarm. Please try following setting in 6.0 system.

In Library Structure >> Alarm Collection Definitions >> OPC AE Server for AC 800M

Please do remember to set the state of the filter setting in alarm list (config view) to view all alarms (default might be only 'Disabled')

Thank You for taking your time out. I have tried this solution but as opposed to my hope it didn't work.Problem remains unsolved, maybe I should contact ABB Support.

Out of the box settings should allow an operator to disable.

Disable support can be turned off on the Alarm Collection Definition in the Library Structure

The disable privilege can be raised so that higher than operator permission is required.

If an administrator (a user member of the Administrators group in 800xA User Structure, or look for the "crossed over key icon" in Plant Explorer top bar) cannot disable an AC 800M alarmcond, it points to the first check item, function is turned off.

Thank You for your answer. I tried what you said but problems seems to be more comlex than permission issue. I have another 800xA system installed in vmware, there I do not facing such problem.

A problem should be permission regarding if there was 'Disable Selected' option present but not selectable but here it is not even present. See Pic
