Aspect View Button

After upgrading to ver 6.0 the text in the Aspect View Buttons are even more unaligned vertically than before. I want my text to be in the middle both horizontally and vertically. Systemerror or is it possible to fix?

Hello,

as far as I know you have to decide text size in Font property and the button itself manually configure the Height and Width.

According to your settings above the system tries to center align the text.

If you need two text lines: "Line1 \n Line2".

Thanks Ronny but the point is that the text is placed too low. See pic. It doesn't look nice.

So it does not help changing Height to a lower/higher value ?
How is your Font-property defined ?

No it doesn't.
Font("Tahoma", 12, Regular, Normal)

I think the only possible reason is that your text is containing some spaces before Program.
If not you have to take a screen shot of the Property window and give it to us.

If you create an Aspect View Button with the text Program. Heigth 30 Width 120. Is the text in the middle?

If I use a Toggle button the text is almost aligned in the middle. Anyway it is much better than the Aspect View button

My result looks good for H=30, W=120, Font("Tahoma", 12, Regular, Normal)
An AspectViewButton has following logic for the text:
Height: Max(_Height-2*FrameWidth,1)
Width: Max(_Width-2*FrameWidth,1.)
XPos: FrameWidth
YPos: FrameWidth
Valign = Middle, HAlign = Center
All input from the display element.
Maybe your FrameWidthis the reason ?
Maybe you have made Override on AspectViewButton in Graphics Structure ?
