800xA alarms stay inhibited on the alarm list even if acknowledged when inactive with manual inhbit removed

When an alarm has been manually inhibited and manual inhibit removed after alarm is not acive, the alarm remains on the alarm list with a struck through line as if inhibited. When deleted from alarm list, it comes back inhibited when in alarm state.

Controller/PLC in use?

800xA takes info from OPC AE server in use; if alarm remain disabled it is probably disabled in OPC AE server as well.

- Ensure "support disabling" is enabled in AE collector config. Possibly also with "on condition". See config UI + manuals for help.

- Try connecting a 3rd party OPC AE client straight onto OPC AE server and verify its content

I have less skills in Melody. Try contacting regional ABB support team. Alarm content in 800xA is more or less dictated by the OPC AE server in regard. Ensure AE collection settings are as per Melody Install manual (Support Refresh, Refresh On Condition and finally the Make new alarm each time conditions gets active; most connects have this last set to OFF
