800xA QSU Tool Crash while updating RNRP servers

While trying to update the RNRP servers on a 800xA 5.1 FP4 system the application crashes and gives the following problem details (from Event Viewer):

Report Id: %13

The RNRP servers are running on WS2008 R8 SP2.

The QSU tool has been successfully used to update these servers earlier,

but started failing early 2017.

Anyone had similar problems?

Hello,

is RNRP the only ABB software on that node ?

If so, you should install ABB 800xA Common Install.

If it's already installed, reinstall.

RNRP is the only ABB software yes.
The ABB 800xA Common 3rd Party is installed as well.
I can try to reinstall it, and let you know if any change.
