800xA 6.0.3, OPC Third party communication.

I had communiacted thirdparty opc system by doing dcom configuration(and joined it in our Domain). They are able to browse our structure and getting our live values. As we need to get their signal they dont have any OPC server to access them. So i was sending some spare variables and they write on it. But while writing like this our opc DA is getting blind in our system.

Update rate has been increased in other system and tried, but no improvement

I assume they are writing to the xA "surrogate" OPC server ?

Your spare variables, are they from General Properties aspect or where did you create them, in controller, which controller if so ?

If it is in controller, you can as a workaround move your variables to General Properties and Property Transfer (xA-server to Controller) aspects.

Spare variables are created in controller. And the values are updating there also. But while writing from there our OPC is getting blind, Station or server are not able to find any values.

Ok, then they write the values to AC800M OPC Server. I think they should try to use the official way, to the Surrogate (xA OPC Server)

They are reading and writing from afwopcdasurrogate.1.!!

Maybe the reason is that you write synchronously and not asynchronously ?
Read the AC800M OPC Server manual:
If done
synchronously, the OPC Server is occupied while writing to an controller is
performed and updating of other clients are not possible. If writing is done
asynchronously, the OPC Server is able to update other clients while writing to the
