800XA Network communication fault

I am using 800XA 5.1 FP-4.

I am facing an issue that all CS1 server related services faulty and regain normal automatically at randomnly.

Analysis till: I cleared all system alarm. Now after a certain time i see 60/70 alarms that my CS1 lost and CS1 returned, alarm service return,..... Also i check afw services all found healthy.Even at the time of generating CS1 lost also afw services healthy.

Then i ping my CS1 from AS1 continously, request time out came randomly. But while pinging AS1 from CS1 continously,no communication break happened. Both checking done simultaneously. When this request time out in AS1, at that time all my above mentioned alarms are generating.

Please suggest how to proceed further?

A cornerstone to run any distributed control system (DCS) is a sound and reliably working network.

If ping times between servers are inconsistent, or even times out you should try to investigate why the network isn't working as it should.

Check RNRP logs

Use RNRP Fault Tracer, option 1 - Search own networks for problems...

Try to break down the problem into pieces, which switch and network link is OK and which switch and link is not OK. Replace components, wire new cables, etc. until you have consistent ping time

What network equipment do you use?

What does the network layout look like?

Contact your regional ABB support center for assistance.

Are you using any network storage devices in this network?

Can you verify the speed & duplex settings for both the servers AS1 and CS1 are same. Basically it should be same for all nodes(Client Server network) and recommended to be same in the switch side also.
